PRIZE DRAW -TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This promotion (the “Promotion”) is being provided by easyJet and Positively Events Ltd. By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. All Positively Events Ltd representatives and easyJet employees shall not be eligible to enter the Promotion.
3. The Promotion is open to all visitors, aged 18 or over, to the Positively Poland 2008 event which takes place at Olympia 2, Hammersmith Road, London W14 8UX on Friday 16 May 2008 ( 10am – 7pm), Saturday 17 May 2008 (11am – 8pm) and Sunday 18 May 2008 (10am – 4pm).
4. To enter the Promotion, you must deposit your Positively Poland ticket in the boxes provided at the event. Your ticket must be completed with your name, address and email address. Entries that have been lost or damaged or are not received by the cut-off time each day will not be included in the draw. Entries submitted on other than the official Positively Poland ticket will not be included in the draw.
5. The prize consists of 1 pair of return flights, including all taxes and charges, to one of easyJet’s Polish destinations per winning ticket on each day of the event – 1 winning ticket per day.
6. Flights must be booked by Friday 13th June 2008.
7. Travel must be completed by 30th November 2008.
8. All flights are subject to availability.
9. The prize is non transferable and no cash alternative is available.
10. This offer is not combinable with any other easyJet offer.
11. Once booked, all changes are subject to the standard easyJet terms and conditions at www.easyjet.com
12. All entries must be received no later than 2 hours before the event closes on each day.
13. The prize draw will take place, each day, on the Radio Orla FM stand, approximately I hour before the event closes.
14. If the winner of the draw is not present, he/she will be contacted by easyJet within 2 weeks of the event closing.
15. Prize winners cannot travel within 2 weeks of being contacted
16. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Positively Events and easyJet is final.
17. Winners may be required to take part in any PR activity required by Positively Events Ltd and/or easyJet. By participating in this promotion, you expressly consent to your name and image being used in any promotional materials that Positively Events Ltd and/or easyJet determine
